The Stables at Strawberry Creek originally started as a first-class horse riding and boarding facility. In November 2015, we decided to transform the stables and ceremony areas into a wedding venue. Situated on 55 acres, the property features a natural mountain spring that supplies water throughout the entire estate. We also have hiking trails that couples can enjoy the morning of or after their stay with us. Our horse arena, adorned with Roman statues, provides a beautiful and convenient setting for photography, videography, engagement photos, or simply enjoying each other’s company for a weekend on property.
The historic log cabin sleeps up to ten people and is available Friday through Sunday, making it perfect for bridesmaids, groomsmen, or as a honeymoon suite after the event.
What makes us different from other venues is our first-class, Biltmore-style European stall fronts. Each stall has been uniquely designed for a specific function, including a catering stall, a seasonal buffet, a sitting area, and a photo booth. We are capable of hosting up to 300 guests, ensuring a spacious yet intimate setting.
Rather than couples feeling rushed in and out, our goal is to provide a breath of fresh air. Whether it’s our champagne delivery or our wedding turndown service to prepare the honeymoon suite, we make sure that each weekend is customized for the bride and groom to enjoy everything the property has to offer.
